If I ride my bike for 25 minutes for 4 miles, how many calories am I burning? I'm talking about a real bike not an excersize bike :)

Are there hills? Flat? Off-road? What's your height? Weight? Muscle mass? There are many factors.

Mostly flat maybe a little hill but it's a slight one very long so I say mostly flat, Height about 5'7 maybe 5'8 weight would be 165, muscle mass, IDK, it's my fiance so male if that would matter...

I ride an exercise bike in my house for 40 minutes/8-9miles every night and the counter on that suggests that I've burned 200 calories, so I'd guess most likely less than that?
