Short Bio:
I am a 61 year old computer geek still working as a Computer Applications Stress Tester. I plan to retire next August. I joke with my co-workers telling them that my exercise and diet is to get into shape for retirement. I have been on the SBD over 3 years and have lost over 60 pounds. While on the SBD I have become totally addicted to exercise and became a total GymRat. My favorite exercise class is BodyCombat.

Personal Goal:
Since I am within a few points of my goal weight, my personal goal is to at least 1 hour per week each of aerobic and strength exercises. This will be especially hard the first week due to the gym floor closed for refinishing until Friday.

challenge 1:
recipe: green chilli soft tacos

ingrediants: wheat tortillias, can of hot green chilli, ground turkey, diced onions, diced tomatoes, lettuce, garlic powder,

brown turkey meat in skillet,
pour in green chilli, and diced tomatoes and onion.
cook for about 15 inutes or onions are carmalized, then drain any extra grease. warm up tortillas and make burritos with the meat ,lettuce and tomatoe and enjoy! oh you mightt want to add some salt and pepper.

I am an aaallllllmost 41 yr old woman with two children. I recently remarried and relocated from Maui to the East Coast. Short Bio:
I am a 33 year old college prof who is in the midst of a divorce. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), which is a condition of insulin resistance and infertility that causes rapid weight gain and difficulty in losing weight. Started SB in Jan. 2006 and have lost 70 lbs since then.

Personal Goal:
I would like to lose six lbs by the end of this challenge. My usual loss is 5 lbs a month, so I am stepping it up a bit.

I'm 29, and a SAHM to my three small children, ages 4 1/2, 3, and 1. I started the SBD two weeks before I got pregnant with my last child, and went right on it post partum. I have been very happy with the results and I feel great.

I'm 22 years old and attending grad school to get my masters in teaching. I've been out of state at college for 4 years doing undergrad and being home for grad school is wonderful. I work as a starbucks barista and it is by far the most fun job I have ever had. This summer I realized how unhealthy it was and decided i wanted a change. Finally I'm taking my weight seriously and loving this way of eating.

Short Bio:
I am 33, a SAHM of 3 kids (7, 4, 3) and 5 1/2 months pregnant with #4. I live in Pocatello, Idaho where my dh is attending grad school at ISU. I started SB exactly one year ago this month and have been exercising regularly the entire time until the month of August. Now it's that much harder to get going again.

Personal Goal:
Since I can't lose weight, one of my goals will to only gain no more than 5 pounds this month (that's slightly over one pound a week which is the max my doc likes to see). Other than that, I just need to get back into a consistent exercise routine.

I am almost 27, and I work at a medical school scheduling appointments for teaching clinics, paper work, data entry, answering phone...desk job stuff. I am trying to figure out what the next step in my life is with career stuff (and in general too I guess). I've had a lot of semi recent personal drama that I am trying to overcome & I am really trying to use this WOL to pull me through in a positive way (instead of using food as a comfort).

Short Bio: I am 50 years old, married with lots of dogs. I had

Short Bio:
I am a 29 year-old who would like to begin my 30s with a balanced healthy body. My new exercise addiction is bike commuting to work. I am a newlywed - about 1 1/2 years. I currently live in New York city.

Personal Goal:
Overall my goal is to lose 30 pounds in time for my 30th birthday in April. My goal for the September challenge is to lose 4 pounds.

I am call Stage 1 and 2 a wash, because during my travels to help with my mother's health problems I couldn't keep accurate records of my eating and exercise. I will miss out on being successful with the total challenge, but I plan to do my best in Stage 3 and 4!

Short Bio: I was on SBD before, and it did work for me. I lost about 10 lbs when I started getting panic attacks, which made me eat and eat and I gain back 10 plus couple more. I finally have attacks under control so I decided to start again. So here I am, my third time around.
