I lost two pounds. I was hoping for more but I'm not too disappointed, as that puts me only four pounds away from goal now and I expected the weight loss to slow a bit as I get closer to my goal! |

I have had just an awful week for several reasons, but the bottom line is, I've eaten terribly, haven't exercised, and have just generally been down about it. Please pull me back up! I've done so well and don't want to go back to pre-SB... and when I mess up, it's my tendency to do that.
Going back to Phase I starting tomorrow (Tuesday), because I'm craving sugar and I want to eliminate that again. I've gained back 4 pounds (although I think some of that is TOM... in fact, all of this could be related to that!)
Sorry I've let the team down for points. :( |

Hi everyone
I tried to get the bonus in this last week but I had a pretty rough week at work. I am happy to report I completed my phase 1 re-do a full clean 14 days and lost 8.5 lbs--too bad I gained them after I started this challenge :wink:
Hope everyone had a great time.
I will probably have tp sit out the challenge next month. I am having surgery next Friday and strength training is out for at least 6 weeks.
Keep up the great work!

| Oh yeah, I lost a total of 4 lbs in the last month. I'm not sure how to interpret that into body fat %. I have had a lot of fun participating in this challenge with you all and hope I get to do it again :D |

Well I didn't do very well point wise this week....I kind of slacked off on the weight training and I totally forgot to announce any goals. However, I am proud of my weight loss....about 5 lbs. For me, this is great!
