well here are my results , i wieghed myself and to my amazement i did not lose any pounds. i was like what? my clothes are fitting me looser! so how can i be at the same wieght! well i am sad to report that even with all that extra working out i am still at 190 :cry: someone told me i had lost inches , but i wanted to be at my next short term wight loss. man i am mad at myself :x well here are my points.
REQUIREMENTS:

You're not the only one... I lost 2 lbs in the beginning of the month, but gained them back since them :cry: Hopefully it'll be better next month !
The good thing is that some parts of my body start looking better, so I guess the workout is worth it !

| well is anyone joining the september challenge? i am and hope to do better in this one. even though like i said before it seems like i lost some inches i think i will measure myself for the september one, so i can see if i lose any inches in this one . well i just want to say i had fun doing this and it helped me stay motivaited. and i hope evryone joins the september one. great job and good luck on the next challenge/ |

I am in the September challenge...
Actually, my apparent no-loss weight was due to TOM (as usual ). I weighted this morning and I was finally back to the weight I had a week ago !
Hopefully I'll be around 155 in a month ! |

Don't blame yourself ! I really don't think people stopped the challenge because of your leadership !
Everyone makes their own choices. Maybe they just decided they didn't want to do the challenge, or to put the priorities somewhere else !
The challenge did motivated me, and it was fun !
