FWIW you can embed the link to your journal into the text for your journal by doing this:
Code: [url=http://link to your journal]Text you want displayed like My Journal[/url]
Yours would look like this:
Code: [url=http://www.southbeach-diet-plan.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=84371]My Journal[/url]
Which produces this:
