Hello,
I was just wondering if you ladies normally weighed MORE on your period when you are in the process of trying to lose weight... or instead you just didn't lose on your period.
Thanks! |

I slowed down the week of, and dropped a few extra the week after.
I was also "on-time" for the first time in a year! Yeah SB! |

| Actually before SB, every month I would gain 10 POUNDS of water while on my period, and barely lose it in time for my next period. I've had 3 periods since starting SB. I lost 14 lbs on Phase 1, and even during my period, I gained ZERO water weight. It was incredible. |

| I gain between 3 and 5lbs. By the time TOM is gone, I've lost that PLUS an extra pound. I have finally found the only good thing about TOM! |

| The same thing happened to me! I was worried because I gained two pounds... when everything was said and done I'm down another 3 since before I even had it! Definitely a reason to not hate the TOM so much. :-) |

I have been on the diet for 10 days. I started losing a few pounds and then
my cycle started and i am up a pound and the scale won't move. I am discouraged b/c I have stuck to the diet and after 10 days only lost 1.5 pounds. Need some reassurance that it will all drop by the end of the weekend. |
