| I am feeling guilty and and negligent with the challenge this week. I have not been very beachy and not exercised much. I think not seeing the scale go down at all after being so good for a couple of weeks created frustration and lack of motivation. It is beautiful out right now so I think I shall go for a walk. I need to remember one of my favorite mottos: SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING. |

Hi, I am back at home, finally. I changed my plans once I saw my eldest grad-daughter in the hospital. I decided not to fly back stayed through Saturday. She came through the spinal surgery well and actually was walking a very small amount Friday. They say she is as much as 1.5 “ taller now. My 5 y.o. grand-daughter and 7 y.o. grand-son demanded that I stay too. How could I refuse? On the way home we took a short side trip and saw our newest grand-daughter, (18 days old), she is more beautiful than ever!
Please update your tally sheets and I will go over them on Monday and Friday. Sorry about be gone so much, I hope you understand. |

OGB - glad everything went well on your trip.
This September seemed to be a tough one for me! I must do better this month or it will be a rough winter! |

Everything went fine on the trip. Work called just after my last message, Due to a production computer problem, high priority testing necessary, so I got back into work Sunday night and overtime on Monday. I still made it to the gym twice on Monday, 5:30am (BodyPump) and 5:10pm (BodyCombat). Then back to work for an hour - found the problem - the application was not installed corrrectly - ugh.
I retire in 10 months 29 days - I now wish sooner!
But the exercise Monday was a life saver and actually helped clear my mind for problem detection at work. |
