I am finally back on the forum. Things are just too busy this summer but now I know I have some time to work on setting up a September challenge. The reason that I have time is that starting tomorrow the gym part of my health club is shut down for eleven days to redo the floor. That means no BodyPump, no BodyCombat, no BodyStep, and no BodyFlow. I will be doing spinning, free-weights and elliptical trainer for some part that period of time. But I plan to take the rest of August off from workouts at the club. To prepare for that in the last 3 days I worked out like a demon. Saturday I was in a 5k run/walk, Sunday I did BodyPump followed directly by BodyCombat. This was followed directly by BodyFlow. Today, Monday I did a 5:30 AM BodyPump and a 5:10 PM BodyCombat.
No muscle or joint pain but --- I am BodyPooped --- I will sleep tonight! |
