| Go through the P1 and P2 food lists linked into Kimboroni's FAQ pages here (sticky threads at the top of the SBDiet, P1 and P2 forums), print them out and highlight all of the foods you CAN eat. See if it gives you enough to work with. There are certainly a lot of grains that are not wheat and a lot of vegetables, fruits, and lean proteins that should not be particularly acidic. The good oils shouldn't be a problem at all! ;) good luck! |
