I had a good week and actually got on the rowing machine! (We purchased it years ago when my daughter was doing crew and I have inherited it, but don't like it bc it is boring, although a good workout. I would much rather go out on my kayak, but that is something I can't just hop on).

Hi everyone!

My mistake--I posted my results at the end of week 3 thread

All is well as I enter Week 2 of P 1 re-do

Salmon Lady-I thought it would be hard to exercise on P 1 but really I feel fine--in fact, I think just eating a clean, healthy P 1 makes me feel really good.

I lost 5 lbs last week and I am hoping this jump start will get me over the hump and well into the 130s --we'll see

Hi everyone!

Wow!

We definitley made a comeback this week on scores!! Back in the 90s for Salmon and Raj!
My energy levels are pretty high and I am motivated to make the scale move just a little more this week. I am always wary when there is a big loss-either it is water or it comes back the following week :twisted:

We are heading to Wichita KS this weekend so I am going to get my fitness requirements done ahead of time.
Did strength and cardio yesterday and I made it to the sauna--what a nice feeling!
TOM I think is starting today so I am felling a little off.

Not as good as I wanted but not horrible. Congrats to Salmon & raj for being in the 90s!!! Also Way To Go Otter on the 5lb loss! Great job!!!

I got in a 90 min ride today with a good hill. Felt great and had a fresh peach on the way back. YUM! I've been eying the peaches for a couple weeks now and got lucky that the person who lives there was doing yard work today. I complimented his peach trees and he told me to take one whenever I ride by. :D YIPEE!!

My cardio has been interesting lately -- lugging my one-year-old in a sling while I walk. She is BIG, so this is QUITE the workout, LOL!! Went to and from the park today and I am tired. ;)
