Not my best week... especially on goals. Waste too much time trying to find a dress for a wedding (fortunately, I did have one at home that still fit me !)

| yeah i am thinking about the september challenge. i think i am going to really push myself this week so i can get ready for it. plus i am going to be 35 in september and welli would love to put on a little black dress and go out with my hubby his birthday is 2 days before me. he will be 33. and i have been doing good this week. just had a day with not enough water. :oops: but it only happened once. :lol: well i have a question . what happened to all our team? :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: glad we stuck it out though. well maybe they will come back for the next one! great job everyone! |

| well, I'm still here, but I'm struggling with my eating. I love to exercise...but for the last two weeks my eating has been out of control. I don't know what has happened but I have cravings all the time...sometimes for stuff I don't even really like. Tempted to go back to phase 1 for a while...but I have a ten day trip coming up...not really a good time to start over. Maybe I will do phase 1 for 2 weeks when I come back. I'm really frustrated with myself because I know I can do this...but for whatever reason I'm choosing not to. |
