What about cramps???

Last night while I was swimming I suddenly felt a cramp on my left leg and it's been aching since then. I tried to relax at the pool for a while and then went for another lap but I could hardly do it. My trainer told me that I must be missing salts from the diet/or sweating from the exercise, especially potassium and that I should eat some bananas. I just smiled at him and said thanks but I know that bananas are not part of P1 so.....what can I do???? Can someone help me pleaaaaaase????? How can I supply all these salts without getting out of the diet????

There are lots of foods that are actually better sources of potassium than bananas. This link has a post of Ami's with a list of potassium-rich foods:
