Good morning!
I have unfortunately not been working out for the past month or so (have been moving, and a myriad of other excuses). My clothes continue to fit fine- but I actually have dropped another pound during this time (had already met my goal). Do you suppose this may be due to loss of muscle mass as muscle weighs more than fat?
Excercising is beneficial for my mental and physical well being, more so even than numbers, so I plan to start up again this week. |

| Yes, volume for volume, muscle does weigh more than fat (i.e. it's higher density). It is unfortunately pretty easy to lose muscle. It's hard to build and even harder to maintain. It sucks. |

| Moving is strenuous, and meals aren't as leisurely..tyou could have just sweated it off. |

| Lynt has a good point. It could have been equal activity to what you usually do, but since it was a different type of activity, that change could have stimulated some fat loss, or water loss from sweating. So it isn't necessarily something bad that is going on. I should have answered the unasked questions as well as the asked one. |
