I have been doing some of the videos for a few months (not the body brushing).
I have many reservations about T-Tapp. IMO, she makes some ridiculous-sounding pseudoscience claims and the food supplements she sells sound like baloney. Results for people seem to differ greatly. She uses lots of testimonials. The videos are VERY expensive. It isn't fun exercise. It takes continual attention to form. Some people stop because they start to dread doing it.
For me, though, so far, I've been extremely pleased with the results I'm getting! I'm motivated to keep doing it because I'm getting excellent results. At this point, I would like to buy more of her workouts (when I find a reasonable price). I'm learning form and techniques that will be extremely valuable for the rest of my life, in any situation. I'm now more able to keep linear alignment and good posture, which helps me feel and look much better.
On her web site she has some free downloads. Her book, including a short dvd, is in some libraries. If you could borrow any videos that would be the way to go. Her dvd "Yes You Can" is a good introduction. |
