OK GUYS HERE IS WEEK THREE POST YOUR WEEK TWO POINTS HERE AND YOUR WEEK THREE NEW GOALS AND GOOD LUCK SORRY IT WAS NOT POSTED YESTERDAY , I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS SOPPOSE TO DO IT. GOOD LUCK !

hey everyone! thanks ktty for starting up this thread. i was away for the weekend and wasn't able to post last night.

i'm so glad to see everyone working so hard, whatever your level of fitness - we're halfway through the challenge, and sometime in the middle of this week i'll be working on tallying up and reporting the scores so far.

keep on kicking your own butt! 8)

I've decided to try training (1/2h cardio) in the morning this week. It forces me to get up about 15 min earlier than usual, but I want to take the habits, because I know it won't be long before I'll start devoting all my evening to studies...

:cry: Still haven't studied this week... I'm planning to study 1-2 hours tonight, and about 8 hours tomorrow... Will keep you posted !

jadzia, have you tried maybe walking early in the morning? i go walk/jog at 5;30 till about 6;30 / 7;00 then i go home and get the kids ready for school. maybe that would be good for you . i do not know if you can go walking where you live but thought this might help you.

It could be great, but I don't want to get up at 4AM !!! The most I can do is 30 min in the morning.

I leave home at about 6h, start working/studying at 7h until about 5-6 pm. Seriously I don't know what I would do if I had kids !

I apologize for the tardieness (sp?), been a busy few days. I feel like such a bum, I thought I'd do better than last week but instead I did worse!

2. drink my 2 servings of dairy daily
3. do at least 10 minutes of ab work every day

hey peeps, :D oh my gosh :shock: i just checked the scores , and we are in 3rd in the scores :oops: man we are going to have to kick it up huh. i know it is a challenge within ourselves to improve ourselves but well i want to have the highest score :( LOL well we only have 5 people now. but we are doing good and we can only get better right! well good luck , i will probably not be able to get on unless thee is a computer at the hotel we are staying at this weekend , but i will be excercising my booty off ,(literaly LOL ) and will post my results on sunday ! well hope seeing the scores will get you guys in gear I know it did me! well great job and good luck see talk to ya sunday!
