Morning! I hope everyone had a great week! I'm on track for 2 of my goals but I didn't get enough riding in to hit 65 miles. The kids start school soon and then I'll be able to ride with the club 2 days a week. That will really kick my rear into gear and I can't wait!
I have FOUR pickle recipes in the works right now. 2 will get canned today and the other 2 later in the week. Very cool! I'm trying sweet pickle recipes with Altern (Splenda) instead of sugar so we'll see how they turn out.
Otter - Great job on P1 redo! I don't know how you can exercise and stay on P1. The days I do longer rides I am famished and have a hard time being good. I figure I'm burning a lot of calories so I do increase my food but make sure it's all SBD friendly.
