I am a gym rat and a group class addict at the gym. My current favorite is now BodyCombat. http://www.lesmills.com/midwest/en/members/bodycombat/bodycombat-group-fitness-program.aspxI do it 3 times a week because the class is only offered 3 times a week! It is so over the head aerobic that is makes BodyStep seem easy. Also interestingly, it has helped me do higher level moves in BodyStep and increase weights on leg tracks in BodyPump.

| I LOVE Bodypump at the Y! I was a member last year before I got pregnant and was taking that class 4 or 5 times a week. I was an addict, lol. I just turned in my application to rejoin and absolutely can't wait to start taking it again. I couldn't believe the way it changed my whole body. I never knew my body could look like that! 4 weeks post baby, I'm hoping it will look that way again in a few months. I guess its possible, I did it after my first baby. :D |
