I'd like to join the challange. I am currently in my third week of phase 2. I haven't added exercise in yet but this is just the motivation I need to get started.

Ok Folks,

Since nobody seems to want to start a challenge, I guess that I am picked. I am a beginner at running a challenge but I will give it a try. I hope to get the rules out tomorrow. Basically it will be an individual challenge, no teams, similar to last November’s challenge. I see the object of the challenge to reinforce being “beachy” (my problem – sticking to the SBD) and keeping up a good exercise program. I plan the structure to be simple for it is my first attempt in running a challenge. Suggestions will be welcomed. Hopefully I will have the rules out Tuesday, the 28th.

I haven't been around for about 6 months. Health issues and buying new house made me sidetrack for SDB way of leaving. I'm ready to start again. So I'm in.

You can do like we did with Pookiebear's challenges. Eating beachy 7 days/week, workout 3 cardio and 2 strength training, drinking at least 8 glasses of water/day. Extra points if you eat 7 days beach, extra points for extra workout, since some people can do limited # of workouts, extra points for drinking required water 7days/week. This is just something to start with.

On August challenge, we have extra points for stretching... I would suggest keeping them at least as extra, but it would be nice to have some in the requirements

this is totally a random idea, but what about extra points for trying out a new SB friendly recipe? I know that the more variety and options my family has the easier it is to eat well each day.

I think all the ideas sound good so far.

No teams should be interesting, but if it has
been tried here before I am sure it works.

Love the idea of adding some SB food
things for points.

I was thinking not of new but our standard fare that might be easy and new for others. I am still mulling that one around.
