Yea... so. I started the SBD about 5 weeks ago, and did really well up until I left for England 2 weeks ago. I went to visit family, and since my grandmother is italian, I'm sure you see what happened, ha. It was pasta, lasagna, garlic bread, English breakfasts and such the whole time. I started the sbd weighing 142, and got down to 136 before leaving for England. I just weighed myself and I'm 139 now. I'm starting completely over now and am really hopeful that I'll get to my goal weight of 115.
I'm only 5'1 so a lb on me looks like a lot more, lol! Anyway, I just wanted to get back in touch with everybody here on the forums, because honestly, finding the forums here was a God send for me. I got so much advice, support, etc. They are great! Any question you might have, and everybody on these forums are so quick to help. Well, wish me luck. I'm a bellydancer, and I have a performance coming up on September 9th. That gives me just under a month to start getting into shape even though I know getting down to my goal weight is going to take a lot longer! (Losing those 6 lbs though showed such a difference in my physique!)
