| hey poeple, how is all with ya. well it is tusday and i have worked out both days and sunday night , but i did not include that workout in my points so i am going to count it as a bonus workout, cause i had already talleid up my points and posted when DH and i went for a jog. but just wanted to stop in and see how everyone was doing , and to say where everyone at? have we lost people? cause not everyone has posted their points have they? well stay strong and keep on going , good luck to everyone! |

hi !
I hope everybody is still in and that the points we're missing are just because of vacation...
Cardio or strength ? Today i bought my power yoga dvd (just have to try it). I also got a 4 dvd set of exercises for abs, glutes, legs and arms. Just tried the abs one and I can say it will take me a couple of weeks before finding it easy !!! Anyways, the focus was on the abs and most exercises would qualify as "strength", but the pace is quite fast so it also worked the cardio (I would tend to say that it was more demanding than my jogging/running, because when I run, I do have some intervals when I just walk)
So... as the challenge goes, should I count it toward strength, or cardio (or if I do all the 4 in a week, should I put 2 cardio 2 strength) ?
... it's 4 new workout, but it's the same method, so is it considered 1 or 4 new exercises ?

| I would say put it where you think it worked you most. I know that power yoga can get the heart pounding, but I usually tend to feel yoga is more of a strength thing for me. I think it's up to your discretion, IMO. |

I actually also tried the power yoga yesterday, so I do have some muscle pain today... Should be enough to stop me to workout though !
Funny, I never was much of a sport fan, but now, it seems that I need at least 1/2 hrs of exercises each day.

| I agree Jadzia. There was a time when physical activity was something I avoided at all costs and hated. Now, I actually enjoy going to the gym- it makes me feel good! This week is going well so far for me, on task with my goals and I have done well with exercise. Can't wait to see how we do this week! |

I'm doing great on exercise (have all my requirements for cardio and strength done, and 3 stretching sessions).
I'm not sure I'll be able to keep all my 3 goals though... already cheated twice this week, and I'm seeing friends on Sunday... |

| hey my peeps 8) how is everyone doing? it is friday and i have to say i did pretty good, i still have 2 more days and it is the weekend but i hope i do not get lazy and not workout :? but hope evryone is going to put their points in this week just 2 more to go! woooooooooo hooooooooooooo! well stay motivated and i love that we can encourage each other without you guys i think i would get lazy! thanks |

| I have also done really well. I've gotten in 3 workouts, one more coming today, with multiple strength trainings. I am away for the weekend and left my vitamins at home so I will lose out on that goal, but other than that doing great! Hope everyone has a great weekend! |
