| I got weighed yesterday and I finally reached my 20lb. mark. I have had a lot of ups and downs and for a while thought that I wasnt going to reach my goal. Yesterday proved that I am back on the right track. Thank you South Beach!!! |

Reference the above, I weighed my son the other day and he ways 27lbs. That is exactly the number I have lost as of this morning. Wow! |
