Hi !

Starting weight : 161.5

GOALS for this week :
1- Limit my daily coffee to 2
2- Avoid buying any non-SB food when studying
3- Run a 5 km (=a little bit over 3 miles)

Just a slight warning... I do tend to talk a LOT about my studying, since I spend most of my time doing that. If I get too annoying, just tell me !!!

Hey guys! Weighed in at 151.2# this morning :cry: I'm really hoping this challenge will get my butt in gear!

Goals for the week:

1. Track my calories and stay within my range (1200-1550)
2. Drink all of my water and then some!
3. Limit myself to 2 coffees or diet sodas per day

I'm glad to be on the team, last minute larry I am! (I was away, I only just saw the message now). Anyways, I will weigh in tomorrow and post tomorrow, as it's too late tonight. Here are my goals for the week:

1) Besides anniversary cake tomorrow night, NO cheats for the rest of the week
2) Vitamins every day
3) Increase veggie intake at each meal

hey guys! totally excited for the August Challenge! 8)

starting weight: 155

Weekly goals:
1. get in regular exercise on vacation
2. eat responsibly while on holiday
3. get a tan at the beach! :wink:

My hubby and I are going on holiday starting friday so this week and next week's challenge will be quite challenging for me! If I am late on my posts I fix everything up when I get back on the 19th. :D Good luck everyone and kick some serious butt!

So far so good !

Yesterday I went running, today I did my upper body routine (I usually do 3 strength session a week : Upper, lower body, and 1 for abs) and tried yoga (I loved it... gotta find some new exercices for next week !)

I'll try to do my 5km running tomorrow... hopefully it'll go well !

I don't know if it will still be the same in a few weeks, but this challenge was the motivation I needed to train tonight !
