I don't remember having it before getting pregnant. Then one day I tried on a dress and discovered that I was bulging. OMG
It's one of my fav dresses and I still can't wear it.
BBBFS all the way! I'm in!

| I'd recommend pilates, yoga or callanetics. Callanetics is the best but hardest to come by! All three of them really help to tone up the wobbly bits. |

| Seriously, callanetics works wonders. Its a shame there don't seem to be a lot of classes around. There are videos and books though, you just need the self-discipline to actually do it. I prefer the videos as I just can't exercise out of a book! |

| I bet you anything that you are wearing the wrong size or wrong style of bra for your body. Go get a professional foundation fitter at a department store to help you choose the proper bra for your figure/size. WORLD of difference. The right foundation garments can make all the diff!!! |

Legal--I did have a bra fitting. (See my earlier posts.) In fact, I have had several. I really think that it is something that has to be worked out with exercise because even after I take off my bra, there is this saggy ball of fat (sounds good, don't it?) right there between my arm and back. Sigh...
If only I could tuck it into something.... |

Have you ever seen something called Sassybax?
Seriously, the only thing I've ever seen that gets rid of all of those bra bulges -- and women have them at ALL KINDS of weight ranges too!
Plus they are really comfortable - and this is coming from someone with a full chest.

| I've found that swimming really helps while you're losing weight. It works your back and shoulder muscles and make sure that when you lose the fat, you'll have some hot muscles waiting for you. |

Have you tried doing press ups I know they are the one exercise which really tones the upper body but are really hard to do... Just do a few each day to build up your stamina and I reckon you will notice a difference in a couple of weeks.
Good luck. :) |

| As you lose weight, your skin takes awhile to shrink as well (depending on it's elasticity)...could it be loose skin? |
