hi!
How much of a slide would you consider it necessary to do a 1 week stint back on p1 to get back on track?
I have been eating SB friendly foods all week, and in normal quantities. I have just over induldged in sweets (i.e. had a real dessert 3 times in one week). I am concerned my cravings have come back for sweets. this is also my TOM.
Any suggestions. Should I just really monitor things- or start back on p1 to get rid of the sugar?
I should also mention that I am close to entering my 5th month of this WOE and consider myself somewhere between phase 2 and phase 3 as I have met my goal weight.
Thanks for your time. |

| Have your cravings come back or not? "Maybe they have" isn't really a reason to go back to p1, I don't think. And TOM cravings are different than wonky blood sugar cravings. I'd wait it out and see what happens when your hormones normalize. |

| I would, too. I'm always more hungry and want chocolate during my TOM. If at the end you still have cravings, maybe then consider going back on Phase 1 for a week to get rid of them again. |

My phase 3 weight flucuates between 171 and 174.
If my weight is 176 ,for three (3) consecutive days, I will do a strict phase 2 till weight drops below 174 for three (3) consecutive days. |

I weighed in today and fortunately did not gain from last week's TOM eating. I also do not feel my cravings have come back. Its good to be able to differentiate between to 2.
Thanks again as always for the support. |
