So I decided to finally suck it up and meet with a personal trainer. It feels a bit like gym class to me, but I figured it would be good to be pushed by someone who knows what they are talking about.
Anyway, so I had to do some fitness testing. He was demonstrating how to do full sit-ups (not crunches), and told me he can barely do 5 of them (he's fit and everything, although not a total musclehead).
So I get on the mat...and I do 18! It was awesome! He was like "you beat me!"
However, I suck at the girlie pushups :oops:
It'll be interesting to see how this goes... |
