Hey Luvs - just wanted to say that I don't have a scale at home, and so won't be able to weigh myself until tomorrow at the gym. I weighed myself on the first Tuesday of this month's challenge, so I hope that's ok?

No problem Cheeky! I haven't been on the board a lot lately so I'm a little behind on getting points in for the challenge. Just trying to catch up and make sure I got everything done. Hope the scale is nice to you!

Sorry these results are late. They're pretty bad again anyway. The funny thing is, this week, now that I'm not doing a challenge, I've already worked out twice.

Although my weekly points were throughout the challenge, I'm glad I took part. Setting weekly goals was a good things, and so was paying attention to my water intake. Thanks for the support!

REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 3 workouts @ 5 points each = 15 points
Strength: 0 workouts @ 5 points each = 0 points
Water: 6/7 days @ 2 points each = 12 points
Goals: Met 2/3 goals @ 5 points each = 10 points
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 37 POINTS

BONUSES:

Additional 30-minute cardio workouts: 0 @ 5 points each = 0 points
Additional strength workouts: 0 @ 2 points each = 0 points
Push-it bonus: 0 @ 2 points each = 0 points
TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 0 POINTS

Weight points: 3% @ 5 points each= 15

TOTAL POINTS: 52 points

Sorry for the late reply, points, everything - life kinda kicked my butt this week! Thanks to all of you for all your hard work on this challenge. Wish I'd been a better teammate for you. :( Well, here's the damage:

REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 4 workouts @ 5 points each = 20 points
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 points each = 10 points
Water: 5/7 days @ 2 points each = 10 points
Goals: Met 1/3 goals @ 5 points each = 5 points
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 45 POINTS

BONUSES:

Additional 30-minute cardio workouts: 1 @ 5 points each = 5 points
Additional strength workouts: 0 @ 2 points each = 0 points
Push-it bonus (walked a lot of stairs at ballgame) = 2 points
Push-it bonus (insane amounts of painting and house jobs done by myself) = 2 points
TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 9 POINTS

TOTAL POINTS: 54 points


SW: 150 (post-sciatica, no exercise and BAD food)
CW: 148.5
Loss: 1.5 pounds = 1% body weight 5 points

Grand total: 59 points
