Hi everyone!

I had a great work out yesterday (aerobics class) and wow I am sore today. I already did a cardio sessio but I am going to go to the gym to do a cardio session and a much needed rest in the sauna.

Hope everyone's week is off to a great start!

hi everyone,

i got back to my park last night and did 5 miles of brisk walking - my time continues to be around 1 h, 20 m.

about to head out for my 30m + lunchtime walk.. and maybe later i'll go swimming or do some cardio at the gym - have to see how i'm feeling, because it's a P1 day (today, tomorrow, thursday).

thanks for all the well wishes about my grandma... still haven't heard the results of the CT scan.

I had an awesome aerobics class and now I am sore and tired. I really worked hard so I am awarding myself push it points for the intensity!

Food wasn't so great last nite--hot wings and champagne--my victory celebration  Probably lost one of my 3 goals on that one.

For the week I am 6 cardio and 2 strength but I will try and get at least 2 more strengths in this week as well.

I hope everyone is well!

Take care

HI everyone

Yesterday I only did 1 cardio session, my aerobics class on Wednesday really took it out of me!

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who participated in the challenge.

My weight pretty much stayed the same but I have managed to survive 75% of the summer without a huge summer gain and I am surely more fit than I was last summer

Looking forward to more challenges with you all in the future, in fact another one is coming up on Monday and I am in!

Don't forget to post your final week results and weigh in!

Have a great day!

hey there! woo, great challenge. i have really enjoyed all this motivation to keep working out, which i think for me is so key to this lifestyle. just helps me feel a lot more fit and a lot more sane, being physically active most days of the week.

thinking about doing the 5-mile walk around the park *twice* tomorrow, to gain some practice for my 10-mile walking event. well, at least 7-8 miles.

yesterday i sweated so much at the gym, it was great - probably because of all this gosh darn water i've been drinkin - but i forgot to grab a towel before i started, so that was not helpful.

have a great weekend, looking forward to seeing all the results!! also, as otter mentioned, there is an august challenge starting monday, if anyone else is interested!! very similar to this one.

Oh gosh

I didn't realize the challenge was over. Oh well. I appreciate everyone's participation and thanks to Otter for leading.

Must report that I got my new bed last night and it makes a huge difference in the way I slept. You don't realize how not sleeping well can impact your entire day until you get a really good night's sleep.

hmm, not sure if i'll be able to achieve my goal of 160 or less by my birthday, 9/9...but i'll sure try to get close!

Hey Kelly

Great job on the weight loss!

I too have lost weight this month, but only a pound. Well downward is much better than upward, eh?
