need some strength , flexibility moves

I am planning to do 3 sets of different reps for the lower body strength



1. Squats - atleast do 3 sets of 30 each.
2. lunges - atleast 3 sets of 12 each
3. outerthigh raise - 3 sets of 24 each
4. ball twist - 3 sets of 25 on both sides
5. tush workout - 3 sets of 12 -
6. pilates inner thigh - 3 sets of 12
7. standing on toes for 30 secs - 3 sets as a calf workout

I want to know which lower body muscle group am missing

also, i want to work one muscle and the next muscle that is directly opposite function ?

Do you know which ones are they ?

I know too many questions, but i would appreciate some help here

those are really good ones, it looks like its working all the lower body muscles, especially the advanced.

I will follow this routine for the next two weeks
