I felt great , I pushed it harder , by taking spinning class of 45 mins,
tennis for an hour , followed by strength especially abs and 10 mins stretch on Monday - i checked my heart rate monitor and i burnt around 610 calories...
a total of 2 hours plus of cardio and strength.
i forgot that i need to take a rest day , so on 7th day of rest am thinking i will still do some lite activities of walking and shopping. |

Hi team,
found an internet connection, so I thought I would check in. Looks like we kicked butt last week! I won't be scoring to high this week. Not getting much exercise sitting in a boat, hope to get out and do more walking. I'm worried I might have gained a little weight. They have a scale here, but looks really old!

You guys are rockin'! My vacation didn't really help me food-wise - but it sure did help with strength/cardio - love all of those stairs! Why do kids insist you run up the stairs?

| back from my camping trip cooking and cleaning up after a bunch of teenagers from our youth group. While it was fun, I am definitely ready for a vacation where someone cooks and cleans up after me. Which I don't foresee happening for a while as long as I have kids. :wink: Haven't gotten in a whole lot of exercise except for one day walking to the lake carrying my 2 year old, backpack, life jacket, water bottle etc. Really got my heart rate up, but unfortunately not for long enough. Oh well, I can still crank out some good cardio the rest of this week. Hope you are all doing well! |
