So yesterday was probably the best day of my life (ok, not really, but it was amazing) and here's why:
I stepped on the scale for the first time in a week or so and it read 164- my first mini goal!!! That means my BMI is 24.9 (in the healthy range) I started out as obese, and this means so much to me. I cried :) But I cry at Oprah and long distance phone commercials so...
anyways,
THEN, everyone at work decided to mention how I looked for the FIRST time. Since May I have been waiting for someone besides my sister and girl friends to notice and they chose the day I met my goal. How perfect. They all wanted to know how I did it, what SB was like, if I could teach them how, etc. It felt wonderful
THEN, I ran into the ex at the store. He last saw me before I started. This was the guy who asked me if I "really needed seconds," every meal and made me run with him when I wasn't mentally ready to start a new way of life. His jaw just kind of dropped and he kept saying how beautiful I was.
Take that! Eat your heart out, hon. I found me a man who loves me at any size!

| how wonderful! those are great reasons on their own to be having an awesome day, but to have them all on one day? keep up the great work! :) |

Now the people in my office are calling me "Skinny Girl." Makes me blush every time...
