This is a picture of me taken about two months ago. I'll try to find one of me at 190lbs but that will take some real luck. I wasn't jumping in front of cameras at that weight.
I'm probably about 180lbs in this picture. The fishing vest and untucked t-shirt (comfortable hiding clothes) don't really show the true girth but it's all I could find.

Hey what s up? You are around the weight that I was at when I started. Actually I started at around 205 in December.....didn't actually start SB until I was hovering around 195/194. . . I am now at 170. I started officially in February. 25-35lbs in 5 months really isn't bad....and I really haven't been exercising. I was at a 38 inche waist and now am at a 35. Still have girth in my abdomen area, but hope that goes away.
Keep up the good work. Have you been exercising at all? |

Here are a couple of during pictures.
Click pictures for larger view.
This one is of me and my youngest son roasting hotdogs and marshmallows on a Saturday night.
This one is of me being a fool. I did get a haircut 3 days after this picture was taken. Flat top was a little out of control there.
Those biceps are in dire need of a visit to the bowflex... |
