I'm back in my fitness groove! For two weeks I did not have access to my gym and had to improvise....but now I'm back and it's great! Now if I could just get totally back on the beach! :oops: One slip-up leads to another. I am going to do really well these last few days of the challenge. I haven't lost any weight...but because of these challenges I've done back-to-back...I'm seeing muscles I've never seen before! I saw a picture the other day of myself in the pool with my kids...and I liked it! :shock: Sorry my points were so low last week...I just had to make do where I could. Are you all going to join the next challenge? What benefits have you experienced from this challenge? Oh, by the way...the push-it points were a great challenge for me...it made me want to keep increasing my weights...which is why I can see my quads now! Thanks!

I do not know how to calculated the weight loss. But I started at 151 am 5' 6" and today I weight 147.
