TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 59 POINTS

BONUSES:

Additional 30-minute cardio workouts: 2 @ 5 points each = 10 points
Additional strength workouts: 2 @ 2 points each = 4 points
Push-it bonus: 3 @ 2 points each = 6 points
TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 20 POINTS
