| Shari--Sometimes I feel like it is taking forever to get to where I want to be, but I take a look at that pic and re-think that, perhaps greatful that I have been able to achieve all that I have. I began this plan to get healthy. I have to keep reminding msyelf that the weight loss is a wonderful side effect. |

i've been out of the loop for so long, it's so great to see your smiling face and see the amazing job you've done so far!
wow, i started to cry when I saw your "after" shot and felt so happy for you. ps...that dress is so pretty and flattering on you.
it's really great to finally see "you". congratulations on 267!!!! thats so amazing, I remember when you were struggling with getting below 300....it's so great really, i am so thrilled for you.
