Picnic Games...ideas, anyone??

I'm helping to plan a church picnic coming up on the weekend.

Any idea on some fun games? They will be mostly for the kids, but the adults usually join in too. I'm gonna do the classics, like 3-legged race, relays, etc. but am looking for some other fun ones to add in!!

Any ideas would be appreciated! :)

We always play Bocce ball. (AKA Lawn bowling)

You throw a small ball (like a golf ball) out into the field fairly close.
Then each person takes turns trying to get their colored ball closest to the golf ball. It is fun.

As a kid I always enjoyed a good scavenger hunt. And the adults seem to like that too!
