I am on day 1 on phase 1. I lost 13 pounds 3 years ago and kept it off for about a year, then slowly went back to my love of carbs - I gained back 8 so now I am trying again.
One thing, though, I thought dairy was not allowed at all in Phase 1 except for 2 TBSP with coffee. Has this changed, if so, how much can I have? |
