Pretty much just finished P-I, I must say I stayed pretty faithful to the plan. 13 off in the 2 weeks! That's obiously pretty darn good, but it has come at a price. I simply do not feel good. I've had some stomach issues as well as a headache for most of this time. I also feel in kind of a "fog". I did the WW's thing about 8 or 9 years ago and for the most part have kept off the 75 pounds i lost back then. My goal on SB is to drop about 30. i have kept up my daily cardio and some strength training. I dont think thats too bad for a 50 year old dude..
Guess I'm just wondering how many of you have felt "off" as well? |

| Sounds like a good ole case of the SB flu. Make sure your getting in some beans and dairy every day. This will help alot. |

if I did phase 1 again. All things I would do different? Let me count the ways!
I would definitely make sure i was getting all the good carbs I could.
Never miss a snack meal or opportunity to eat nutritious food. Those that do things to a "T" usually don't get like I did. Make sure you eat enough and often enough to maintain energy and alertness. |
