I am on the second day of SB. What options do I have to limit my dairy in this program? I can tolerate dairy, but my asthma has already kicked in with the amount of eggs and dairy I ate yesterday.
Any options?

| you don't have to have dairy, though it does help. you can try soy products like soymilk and soy yogurt, and take a calcium supplement. |

| I've done P1 without eggs or dairy. It's harder but you can do it. My advice, beans to replace the carbs you would otherwise get from the dairy and any other kind of protein at breakfast. Think outside the box, here. Leftover pork chops are my favorite, but chili, steak, taco meat, chicken or soups made with any of the above, all will work. You just have to be willing to give them a try. |
