Here I am! I scrolled some of the exercise posts here
(this team does kick), plus someone has already posted
their points!

I still have a wt. workout to do.

I have been doing cardio everday took one day off with no
exercise and it felt odd. I even have a few push its to add
on also.

I will post first thing tomorrow morning then I will know if
I got 70 or above or if I kicked butt!!!

caffrey - I can't believe you are in Holland. That is so great. So do we have any other countries in our little group

Coastal Mom - I need to organize the laundry room also. But that is to large of a goal for me. I work on the 15 minutes at a time Flylady way. Sometimes I make progress.

It has been such an incredibly busy week last week. I felt bad once again at my point total but am glad for the challenge because it is helping to keep me accountable. I have done my cardio and strength training already today so I am off to a good start. Hope everyone has a good week.

I am so bummed to be down in the points this week but it was unavoidable. I did manage to get in all my goals (push ups weren't a problem - only when I had to bend my back for something) so at least it wasn't a total disaster. I did get to go out with the kids on our bikes twice over the weekend which clawed some points back for me too. Back to it this week!
