Hi Everyone!

Here's my first weekly results post, hope I do it right. I promise to post more this week in our thread. Last week I was super busy at work, but at least I got all my planned workouts in!

I caved and had b-day cake on Friday, it was my only slip :oops: The good news is no b-day parties this week so I'm making eating clean 7/7 days a goal again.

Our water requirement will never be a problem since I live in AZ where it's been 110 degrees!

REQUIREMENTS:
Cardio: 4 workouts @ 5 points each = 20 points
Strength: 2 workouts @ 5 points each = 10 points
Water: 7/7 days @ 2 points each = 14 points
Goals: Met 2/3 goals @ 5 points each = 10 points
TOTAL REQUIREMENT POINTS: 54 POINTS

BONUSES:

Additional cardio: 1 @ 5 points each = 5 points
Additional strength: __ @ 2 points each = __ points
Trying a different exercise: __ @ 2 points each = __ points
Workouts over 90 minutes: 1 @ 5 points each = 5 points
Push it: __ @ 2 points each: __points

TOTAL BONUS POINTS: 10 POINTS

Here's my info from last week. I'm a little disappointed in myself, I will try harder this week. I have been very frustrated at my lack of weight loss these 4 weeks on SB. Even in phase one I only lost 4 lbs, then gained back 2 when I moved to PHII. I have been very strict, but I guess I'll need to be even more so, that will be a goal. Also, getting in my 4 cardios will help :oops: Here's my post:

Bosoxgirl - good luck at the baseball game - that was my downfall Saturday- went to the Brewer game and didn't tailgate, went in & ate instead. Turkey wrap was small and few veggies. Ate too many peanuts, was over my limit for my goal to count! Otherwise did ok, here are my totals.

Week 1:

BSG - No worries - you can do it! I have faith. Are you a season ticket holder? I see you're going to 3 games this week. I have to admit I'm a fan of Big Pappi. Reason: I'm a Twins fan and we graciously sent him to Boston ... and now look. :shock: :D

BoSoxGirl~You should run up and down the steps at the stadium while your at those games! :wink: I wish I followed baseball, it would give me something to talk about in the summer. Summer to me just means no football and no basketball. We did go to an Angels game last month in CA while visiting my parents. That was fun and my kids actually lasted through (almost) the whole thing. I would much rather attend a game than watch it on TV. :wink: It's much more fun.

Pa'dow, I am not a season ticket holder (but a girl can dream), we just happened to get tix to three games this week, although two are PawSox games. It's fun to see the upcoming prospects.

MeeMoo, I'd happily adopt you as my South Beach SoxBaby! My thing about going to the games is I feel like I have ADD- I can't pay attention to the game, there is so much going on around me!

I have a heartratemonitor which records my number of day of workout and times as well.

I can retrieve the data from it and post the pastweek's data.
I will try to post the results every week from now.

Don't worry about last week, since you weren't officially on our team, I don't think it would be fair to the other teams. I will average our scores for the team for last week. Go ahead and post your goals and just start fresh this week. YAY! Good luck this week! (that goes for the whole team!)
