hi yall.
i was just wondering, on may 19th is my birthday, and will probably celebrate with my "surprise party" like i do every year.
by then it will be two weeks and the end of phase 1. my question could i have the smallest piece of bday cake? or will it totally ruin everything i did for the last 2 weeks? |

Well, first of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! even if it is a few days early. :D
Second of all, by all means, have a piece of your birthday cake. If you think it triggers cravings afterward, just go back to p1 for a few days. Good luck. |

| Happy birthday! I am turning 40 next week and I know I will want to celebrate with my family. I figure one evening could not spoil things, right? |
