lost punds already

hello to all just wanted to say that as of this afternoon i have lost 2 lbs. already.
i know its not much but its a start. i also know it is just water but still, two puonds less in my body. yeah!!!!!!!!

and i actually am doing very good.
made my girls mashed potatoes last night to go with our steak and asparagus, usually lick the spoon but didnt last night.

this morning my daughter got a gumball out of a gumball machine and she can only have half, i usually bite it in half and chew the rest but didnt. i am so proud of myself.

anyways just thought id tell someone about my situation.

THAT'S GREAT!!! I AM ON DAY ONE AND I AM HOPING THAT THIS DIET WORKS...A LITTLE APPREHENSIVE BUT I AM HOPEFUL...

DID YOU FOLLOW THE MENUS IN THE BOOK OR JUST ATE THE SUGGESTED FOODS?

HERE IS WHAT I HAD TODAY:

BREAKFAST:

2 BOILED EGGS
LEAN TURKEY ROLLUPS

LUNCH:

GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD WITH CUCUMBERS, TOMATOES, AND CHEESE

SNACK:

SUGAR-FREE JELLO

DINNER:

SALMON
STEAMED BROCCOLI


SNACK:

CUP OF GREEN TEA WITH SLENDA!

I DID NOT INCORPORATE ANY VEGETABLES FOR BREAKFAST BUT I WILL DO SO IN THE MORNING

WISH ME LUCK :P

AM I ON THE RIGHT TRACK YOU THINK??

it sounds to me like your on the right track. make sure you drink lots of water i think all that peeing helps!!!

and make sure you eat veggies, thats the only thing that helps me feel full.

keep up the good work and stick with it i was very apprehensive too giving up all the things i love to eat.
cocoa puffs for breakfast
some cheetos before lunch
usually frozen pizza for lunch
pepsi pepsi pepsi pepsi
and a dinner conisting of meat, potatoes, veggie and bread, thenwe would have dessert.


compared to now, eggs in the morning, water
sugar free jello
salad
celery
and just meat and veggies for dinner.

trust me if i can make that drastic of diffrent eating habits then so can you. i am a stay at home mom and am tempted all day with the kids food in the house, but i havent cheated once.

I haven't done anything to get rid of my post baby weight for nearly 3 years as well.
Monday was my first day
I lost 2 lbs by yesterday afternoon (called my husband at work, I was so excited)
I'm 5'3"
I'M ADDICTED TO PEPSI TOO!!!

Is that nuts? And don't tell me you stay home with your kids, too! :shock: Reading your posts are like reading my own journal!

and yes i do stay at home with my kids!!!!!
how old are you ill be 26 on the 19th of this month.
wow that is soo wierd.
weighed myself this morning and im down another pound.
i had a huge ass craving for some chocolate chip cookies and a big glass of milk last night, like almost was crying i wanted them so bad. i had a icky sugar free jello!, and boy it just wasnt the same.

anyway, where are you? i am in dayton nv.

OMG!

I stay at home too! (but I'm kinda new at it,as I just started staying home since Jan of this year-any tips for wrangling up kids and trying to get housework done would be helpful too!) I'm in Northern Ca, right smack in the middle of San Francisco and Sacramento. I'm 26 years old, will be 27 in Sept.

I haven't weighed myself yet, will do later today (even though I told myself I'd only weigh every week-yeah right!)

I'm not really a "sweets" person, but I REALLY wanted a Mango Jamba Juice last night! But like you, I refrained and had some pistachios instead. I don't think that helped much. But hey, at least we did it! So good job! You should be very proud of yourself!
