I was trying on pants in my favourite store and went up a size. I felt so ugly and gross and sloppy.

So I decided to lose weight, and in 4 months, hit my goal.

Anyway, the one thing I learned most was to adapt this to my life. I never restricted myself from anything (I think people tend to forget that). I ate pretty much whatever I wanted, highlighting healthy foods 90% of the time. I exercised a lot, and was aware of my body.

Using the principles to adapt it to my life is what I needed - not a be all and end all diet with 'rules'. I felt that is what this was. Woot.

I will post my before and after photos.
