| hey guys, just wanted to share some of my excitement! i weighed in yesterday, and i hit my 30- lb loss mark! whoooo! I started in the low 180's on march 1st, and yesterday i weighed in at 151.5 lbs! only 16.5 lbs to my goal! i have been checking in with this board regularly since day 1, and i just wanted to thank you all for your encouragement and advice! good luck everyone! 8) |

| HI ALL, NEW TO SB, PH1DAY9, I'M NOT NEW TO DIETING BUT I AM TO SB, JUST WONDERING IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME. I'M FOLLOWING IT TO THE T AND I ONLY LOST 2LBS SO FAR. FOR BREAKFAST IT'S: EGG SUB WITH REDUCED CHEESE /EITHER TURKEY BACON OR CANADIAN. SNACK COTTAGE CHEES/JELLO LUNCH SALAD WITH TURKEY,CHEESE BAL VING/OLIVE OIL, DINNER CHICKEN, SALAD, AND SOME STEAM VEG. SNACK FUDGE POP. I ALSO EXCERCISE DOING SLIM6 OR THE ELLIPTICAL. WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME??? |
