| Amazing? WOW? those are words we dont get to hear * ever* My life is so much better. NO that is not correct... I have a life to live again. I was dead at 330lbs or higher... if I would have gone to place to weigh.... I thought SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO often those bad thought we cant tell others. There was no rainbow only stormy seas :cry: BUT NOW Party! :D Today I repelled off a cliff* about peeded my pants and cry out to God to save my soul* but I did it. I even kept up with my 19 year old skinny daughter :shock: and my ex marine husband 8) |

| Ahhhh! :oops: You all are so very nice :) Thank you for the sweet words and the push to keep it up...I was giveb the chance to cheat today when out with daughter but unstead I took her to a Groc. story with salad bar and got her interested in SB! Sh eis getting married Sept. and when I told her how her dad and I have been losing she called future son-in-law and they are both going to start tomorrow on SB!!!!!! 8) God bless you all and reward you in your own diet success. :wink: |

| Thank you so very much I have been stable on my diet but not losing since I moved to Washington. You just reminded me how much I have chamged and still want to change . Time to jump back onto phase 1 and get the woman inside of here back :lol: :D |
