| How glad are you that you took those pics along the way???? I always thought it was impressive to see someone's before and after side by side (I still do), but I didn't realize what kind of impact this visual could give. That is totally awesome. And so are you! |

Thank you.....I have not slipped back to my old ways because I came to the realization early on, that this needed to be a life style change...not just another diet. :idea:
So as I was losing in phase II, I kept trying new foods that I now eat and that I really enjoy. I still have my old favorites( bagel, pasta), just not every day....more like once a month. |

| Awsome! You truly have helped me. I look at how far I have come and start to think "I'm ok here, so what if I don't lose any more" Your pictures show how much differance 10 lbs lost can make and show! I still have 53 lbs to go. Now I want to lose it. THANK YOU! |

Your welcome....you will do it....my mom used to tell me all the time "God helps those who help themselves." She was right and he will help you because you are helping yourself.
