| Cardio queens sounds good to me. I'm absolutely no good with naming things. Always takes me days to come up with any kind of name. Hopefully if I ever have children the naming process will go more smoothly. Or else I'll have a child with no name for years  |

| Forgot to mention that I did make it into the gym today. I really did not want to go mainly because it's so hot and they are not fond of the AC there and we have no AC at home. But I finally went because I wanted to get in all my exercising before the weekend. Well, that and I wanted some bonus points. Just gotta keep up my water intake and make sure to eat clean this weekend. Weekends are always a challenge. Week one almost finished, yay! |

Okay! I will make sure that week 2's thread has our new moniker in the title.
I have finally made it home and it feels so good. Not least because I have knocked out 2 cardio sessions on my elliptical - one for 45 minutes for a push it bonus. Followed up with weights for arms, some ab & glute work and then a stint in the sauna! It felt so good to truly sweat again!
Food was perfectly on track all week with at least a gallon of water a day so I am very happy with that.
How's everyone else doing? |

I have had a great exercise week. 4 cardio workouts all at a higher heart rate then I had been doing it at. 4 strength training sessions. Lots of water. Vitamins every day except today. Better go do that.
Water has been good. When My kids don't take off with my water bottle it is great. When they do then it is a little lower but definately over the minimum. I am feeling better and have more energy in the afternoon and evening the last couple of days.
I'm thinking about taking it easy over the weekend may be easier to stick with next week if I alow myself to rest.
Off for water and vitamins. We are supposed to post are results on Sunday or Monday? |

Sounds like you have had a GREAT week, motherof3! The end of the first week is midnight on Sunday. You can post your results tomorrow or Monday - it's cool either way.
I have had a great day today - I haven't stopped! This morning I took my kids to a boy scout bike event (DD got to participate). Came home, grabbed lunch, weeded the garden completely and mowed the lawn. Took the weeds and others stuff to the dump. Quick grocery shopping trip. Came home and took the kids out for a 1 hour bike ride (counting only as a 'push it' as it wasn't hard core). Then had dinner and hit the elliptical for 2 32 minute sessions. Did weights for shoulders/chest and a stint in the sauna. I am ready for bed! As long as I break 100 points this week I will be happy! |
