| No Moo Jiggles is great! I do want to say something to MeeMoo. How, on God's green earth, are you pregnant and drinking 64 oz of water????? Do you live in the bathroom? I FEEL LIKE PEE IS GOING TO SPRAY OUT OF MY EARS!!! I thought I drank a lot of water before, obviously I wasn't even close. Ok gotta go...pee. |

| BoSoxGirl~ I've been drinking 72 oz. of water a day every day (give or take a few) since last October, I think I'm pretty much acclimated. But, yes, when I first got pregnant, when I wasn't in the bathroom I was eating. Now that I'm into my 2nd trimester, my bladder has calmed down a little. I'm just not looking forward to the 3rd tri when my bladder will be so squished by baby that I think I'll be living in the bathroom again. |

Just checking in to see how everyone's doing on the challenge. I've checked some of the other teams and some of them are really kicking butt!
My new aerobics/strength class I started Monday is great! My body's a little sore, but in a good way! I needed more than Curves, that just wasn't toning me up!
So far doing good on my goals. I'll have to review the rules, so I know how many points I earned this week.
So are we the No Moo Jiggles Team?? It would be nice not to jiggle! |

I'm doing well on my goals, and despite my complaints about the water intake, doing ok. I plan on doing my second cardio this week today, which I am a little disappointed about coming so late in the week, but I know I can do it. I also had a FANTASTIC running push at the gym the other day, both mileage and speed wise! I am glad we are all doing this- I like being accountable!
Hope everyone else is doing well too! |

| I'm right on track! I hardly can move after the fit factor class at my gym. I think if I do that class twice a week I'll be able to bounce a quarter off my abs in no time :D It's an hour of core conditioning using a boso, stability ball, medicine ball, rubber tubing and A MILLION squats. OUCH. |

packerprincess~ Good for you for knowing that your body needed more! I hope it's going well for you.
BoSoxGirl~ Don't forget to give yourself "push it" bonus points for your run at the gym. It sounds like you definitely earned it. Way to Go!
PoutyB~ I love the feeling of sore muscles (to an extent, mind you). I am feeling the effects of a workout I did yesterday and my butt muscles are so sore that it is almost hard to walk. Yikes! But I have been stretching them and hopefully they will feel better by tomorrow. I'll have to do some upper body tonight and lay off my bottom half.
I'm doing great on my water, actually getting in more than 72 oz. due to the heat (and no a/c in my house) and being pregnant. I am definitely trying to stay hydrated.
Good luck the rest of this week. We're on the downhill slide! |

| I saw a question online somewhere- would you give up your A/C for losing 10 pounds instantly? As much as I want to lose weight, I'd say definitely NO! Props to you MeeMoo, once again! |

| Thanks, we've almost broken down and bought a portable a/c and discussed a swamp cooler. We don't have a central heating system (each room has it's own thermostat, just so you don't think I freeze up here in Idaho  ), so there's no chance of central air. We just can't make a commitment on either one yet. By the time we do make a decision, the summer we'll be over and we'll be stockpiling firewood. We have ceiling fans everywhere and of course the basement stays nice. We only have a week or two in July (however this is only my second summer here) where the nights are almost unbearable. But the breeze from outside is always nice, which I'm still used to. We moved from a Southwestern desert town in Utah (north of Vegas) and the wind just made you feel like you were standing in front of a hairdryer. So this is actually nice... |

meemoo - I can't belive you're surviving in all that heat! I remember being pregnant in Kansas during the summer and it was rough! Just don't over do it! I think I passed through Pocatello (sp?) once, my 1st hub and I traveled from California to Wisconsin via Idaho. It was absolutely beautiful!
I'm doing a challenge at Curves also and do 10 push ups a visit, I'm going to increase it by 5 next week. Would that count as push it points? Probably doesn't sound like much to you guys, but hey it's a lot for me!
My clothes are fitting better already!!!! :D |

Absolutely! It counts in my book. Then when you get comfortable with that 5, add 5 more!
Pocatello really is very pretty in the spring, summer and fall. In the winter it just kind of looks like a hole. My husband so endearingly refers to it as "the armpit of Idaho". :D |

raynjen Hope your stomach bug gets better soon. It's no fun being sick and hard to workout when you feel like crap!
meemoo We went through Idaho in the spring, so it was nice, but I'm sure in the winter they get a lot of snow! |

Hey all you No MOO Jigglers!
Just checking in ... I'm doing great (maybe better than expected). I have three days of cardio in and two days of strength. Water is working and the diet has been going well. What can I say? I'm glad you all are "pushin' it" - I consider that a benefit for me too just so you know. You go!
Keep it up .... |
