3rd year annivesary... Am I perfect & skinny.... no
Am I successful with SB ,yes!!
My vital medical numbers are all normal... with NO medications!!!
I have kept off 25+ pounds....... with no exercise(not proud of that fact,but true).
I don't have Diabetes, I don't have high Cholesterol, I'm on no meds!!!!!!
I'm 48.5 years old & loving life!!!!
WOOHOO & I love my SB baech babes who have been there for all of it (LIFE)
So this is a tribute to my SB friends ,who are just as responsible for my successes as I am!!! You know who you are & I'm not nameing names in fear of missing any one!!!! :wink:
So thank you all for your care & friendship, kicks in the butt & love!!!
I'm healthy & happy & a SB babe for life!!! |

Hooray for you! I really hope I can show the tenacity that you've shown. I like what Maryone said, "that's all I wanted in the first place when I found this board but after a while this whole concept completely changed!" That's the key, I believe..

UPDATE: I am taking time for me .... DD#2 off to college-- -2 DDs left @ home ... DH off fishing....
ME?? .........I'm walking @ work now & walking with friends...........I'm off to a 4th year of health & fun!! :wink: I'm going to do Ph 1 again ( first time in 3 years), due to a nasty vacation weight gain :shock:
I've cleared out all none Ph 1 frozen lunches from my freezer, so no excuses ... grab & go!!
I'm getting my mind ready ... one week from today.... pure ,clean eating... for me. This I will do for me... 8) Perfect timing too ,as my garden is overflowing!!
I'm not going to quit my tea drinking this time & I'll still have a wine @ night.... but those changes I am OK with!! :wink:
I'm getting Ph 1 recipes ready & will have work breakfasts ready to take..
Eggs are my friend!! :D
Veggies are my buddies :!:
My meat/fish choices are endless.... yes my DH fishes!!
I love SB & the fact that I'm in control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P |
