Phase 1 - Week one 6lbs lost!

I just completed my first week of phase 1. I lost 6 lbs and an very happy w/ that loss. I started at 160 and am now at 154. My goal is 135, then see if I want to go any loweer. I'm 40 and 5' 6".

My husband did it w. me me and lost 5 lbs. He started at 200 and is at 195. He need to lose another 15.

I'm nervous about going to phase 2. I think I'll do one grain and 1 fruit a day the first week and see how it works out. I'd be happ w/ a 2 lb loss a week (or any consistent loss). I just don;t want to gain back any of what I worked so hard on.

congrats wendy! That is a great way to begin P2 - starting with 1 grain and 1 fruit. It also helps you ease into eating those things again, plus you can monitor how your body reacts.

Congrats on those first 6 lbs!
